Reynaldo Romel Hill (born August 28, 1982) in Pahokee, Florida) is an American football cornerback for the Tennessee Titans of the National Football League. He was originally drafted by the Titans in the seventh round of the 2005 NFL Draft. He played college football at Florida.

Hill spent two seasons at Dodge City Community College before accepting a scholarship to play football at the University of Florida. While playing two seasons at Florida, Hill played in 25 games, recording 12 starts his senior season. He totaled 57 tackles, one interception, and nine passes defensed throughout his college career. He was named to the Super Sleeper Team by the NFL Draft Report prior to the 2005 NFL Draft. As a sophomore at Dodge City Community College, he led the NJCAA with 22 passes defensed, and added 57 tackles, three interceptions, two returned kickoffs and one returned punt for touchdowns. As a freshman hill had 45 tackles 6 interceptions, 2 fumble recoveries and 15 breakups. He contributed to Dodge City Community College secondary that was ranked first in the nation and also returned 14 punts for 89 yards and scored two touchdowns.
Hill also ran track at Dodge City Community College and ranked fifth nationally in the 200 meter dash his sophomore year.

Prior to the 2005 NFL Draft, Hill was not invited to participate at the NFL Scouting Combine. At the Florida's Pro Day, Hill posted a 40 yard dash time of 4.32 seconds and a 37.5-inch vertical leap which rated among the top 10 performances at the combine that year. He was selected by the Titans in the seventh round (218th overall) in the 2005 NFL Draft. After competing for a roster spot among a group of young and talented defensive backs in the Tennessee Titans training camp, Hill took over the starting position midway through the 2005 NFL season and started the rest of the season, where he registered 10 starts in the process. Hill showcased his play making abilities by leading the team with three interceptions and tied for most interceptions among NFL rookie defensive backs. Hill scored his first career touchdown on a 52-yard interception that he returned for a touchdown against the Oakland Raiders. During the 2005 season, Hill started 10 of the 15 games he played in, ending the season as the Titans interception leader with three, including one for a touchdown, and had 48 tackles. During the 2006 season, Hill started 14 of 15 games played in, ending the season with a career-high 56 total tackles and two interceptions. Hill a restricted free agent, was signed by the Titans to a one year $927,000 contract.
