Rexam PLC (LSE: REX) is a PLC listed on the LSE with headquarters in London, England. Their main businesses are the provision of Plastic packaging solutions and the manufacturing of beverage cans. In 2007 Rexam disposed of its Glass manufacturing businesses, to concentrate on its Beverage Can production worldwide, together with the acquisition of O-I Plastics in North America.

They are the largest manufacturer of beverage cans in the world and they are one of the world's top 5 consumer packaging groups. Rexam produced about a quarter of the 230 billion cans manufactured globally in 2007, including 45% of total beverage cans sold in Europe and 68% of beverage cans sold in South America.[1] Their global operations span Europe, the Americas and Asia, employing some 24,200 people in more than 20 countries with an annual turnover of more than £3.7bn.
