Velebit is user banned in 2006 for using multiple accounts. He is known for edit warring with this multiple accounts in Croatia and Serbia related articles. His still of writing has always been Serbian angels and Croatian devils. After banning he has always opened new and new multiple puppets. In summer of 2007 his 3 new accounts (NovaNova, GiorgioOrsini and Guivon) has been blocked. Because Guivon has made last edits in september 2007 he is on list. In period October-December 2007 4 nationalistic SPA accounts (Stagalj , Standshown, Smerdyakoff and Procrustes the clown) has been opened. 3 of this account (Stagalj , Standshown, Smerdyakoff) are now blocked because they are suspected to be puppets of Velebit aka Guivon or because editor has used multiple accounts in editing article.

Only surviving account has never been checked because he has become active only after 4 February when I have started action on Suspected sock puppets for Standshown, Stagalj and Smerdyakoff. This editor last name (Smerdyakoff) has been from book The Brothers Karamazov where Smerdyakov is person which is not telling the truth. Translation of Procrustes the clown name is bandit clown. This editor is like other banned puppets or suspected puppets of Velebit aka Guivon .... writing heavy POV stuff how serbian war criminals of Yugoslav war are not war criminals, how killed serbian primeminister Zoran Đinđić has been traitor and Milošević honest hardworking man. Procrustes the clown editorial style is very similar to editorial styles of Standshown, Stagalj or other banned editors because he is writing nationalistic essay ([1] Procrustes the clown editorial style)([2] , [3] ,Stagalj editorial style)--Rjecina (talk) 17:01, 7 March 2008 (UTC)

Clerk note: I have added Velebit to the list of accounts,, under the assumption that it was mistakenly not added—the filing party mentions the account several times in his/her supporting evidence statement. This addition is pending correction from Rjecina, and input from others.

Clerk note: it does not appear that this account is acceptable under the remit of code letter F (see WP:RFCU#code letters). However, the application of the policy of case suitability is the purview of the CheckUsers, not the Clerks, and as such, I will make no further comment in addition to my observation.
