I feel a checkuser is required because this anon (his IP changes, but always begins with 77.78) has been editing the Bosniaks article and Slavic peoples article for some time now, trying to insert some pretty questionable/POV content and has been blocked at least twice (see here and here. Then out of nowhere, a user called Noonien Soong shows up and completely agrees with the anon's edits. I have found that apart from having the same point of view, "they" also write in a similar manner, for example, most Wikipedians say "POV" when reffering to the WP:NPOV policy, but both the anon and Noonien Soong use "POW". If they are proven to be the same user, then not only is the editor violating WP:3RR, WP:OR, WP:NPOV and so on, but he's also violating WP:SOCK.

As for Historičar, I think he's the same user as the anon, because these two edits (here and here), while not reverting to 77.78.xxx.xxx's version of the page, adds a lot of text that agrees with his POV.

So basically, I'm near certain that Noonien Soong is the same as 77.78.xxx.xxx, and I'm 50/50 over whether Historičar is the same guy. Frvernchanezzz (talk) 07:51, 2 May 2008 (UTC)

Account Noonien Soong (talk · contribs) indef-blocked, not just sockpuppeting with these IPs but also duck-tested as a reincarnation of an earlier sockmaster. Fut.Perf. ☼ 13:41, 7 May 2008 (UTC)
