- Code letter: F
- Supporting evidence: Before and after Raul654 (talk · contribs) protected the TFA () for disruptive advert tags,[1][2] and blocked Jokeshow for disruption[3], these SPAs made or continued the claims that the article was an advert, disrupted the article, or made bad-faith statements about the article and its main editor. Unrelated, although disruptive single purpose accounts can be blocked without checkuser proof. Thatcher 00:39, 23 May 2008 (UTC)
-
- Thank you, Thatcher (was concerned it would start up again after block expired). SandyGeorgia (Talk) 02:16, 23 May 2008 (UTC)
Thatcher found "weirdly" unrelated, but I've just discovered one I missed. Jokeshow (talk · contribs) first edited four hours after Lampman (talk · contribs) reached his third revert on the advert tag, and their edits never overlap.
- 04:35, May 21, 2008 Lampman [7]
- 04:59, May 21, 2008 Lampman [8]
- 15:53, May 21, 2008 Lampman [9]
- 19:43, May 21, 2008 Jokeshow [10]
And Lampman is continuing his argument that there is "enemy action" or "back room dealing" to put advertisements on the main page.[11], [12] SandyGeorgia (Talk) 21:17, 23 May 2008 (UTC)
Unrelated Many, but not all of these accounts are from educational institutions in the US and UK, so some form of coordination can not be ruled out (never can be, actually) but the IPs are all technically unrelated. Thatcher 15:57, 27 May 2008 (UTC)
-
- Thanks, Thatcher. There's another one now. [13] SandyGeorgia (Talk) 17:56, 27 May 2008 (UTC)
Confirmed that Weeksstoc actually is Jokeshow. Thatcher 18:19, 27 May 2008 (UTC)
-
- The gut's usually right :-) Thanks, SandyGeorgia (Talk) 18:20, 27 May 2008 (UTC)
-
- Can we get Weeksstoc blocked, please? He is still adding the advert tag. --Laser brain (talk) 22:42, 27 May 2008 (UTC)
-
- Laser, that has to be dealt with outside of Checkuser; you may want to take this whole issue to AN/I. SandyGeorgia (Talk) 22:44, 27 May 2008 (UTC)
- Blocked by User:Gimmetrow. --jbmurray (talk • contribs) 22:58, 27 May 2008 (UTC)
-
- Another to check, [14] [15] SandyGeorgia (Talk) 23:09, 27 May 2008 (UTC)
Unrelated Thatcher 00:30, 28 May 2008 (UTC)
- Thank you, again. SandyGeorgia (Talk) 01:37, 28 May 2008 (UTC)
Clerk note: Weeksstoc and Jokeshow have each been tagged and blocked indefinitely; archiving case.
