This article should be merged with "William Walker."DougRWms 04:54, 10 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] POV

Perhaps a somewhat romantic view of William Walker. It'd be nice to at least have a reference for his being a "grey-eyed man of Destiny" Jeodesic (talk) 19:30, 16 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Conflict of Interest

This article is akin to nazi or anti-bellum propaganda. It is both culturally and racially biased (apart from being 2 parts fantasy). A complete objective rewrite of the second paragraph, based solely on historical accounts of William Walker's failed filibustering campaign in La Paz (and a decent bibliography), is required. [edit] Combine with "Republic of Sonora"

These articles should be combined because they cover the exact same events. Pisomojado (talk) 08:39, 13 February 2008 (UTC)
