Republican Party of Iowa

The Republican Party of Iowa is the affiliate of the Republican Party in Iowa. The Chairman of the Republican Party of Iowa is Ray Hoffmann.
Historically the party has held the Governor's office – 30 of Iowa's 41 governors have been Republicans.
The Iowa Republican Party sponsors the Ames Straw Poll and runs the Republican side of the Iowa Caucus.
