[edit] Not Spam
I removed the website link... that was in violation of the rules for posting..
- The R.A.T. system has gotten coverage in e.g. Black Belt Magazine. It is notable. A Google search on Rapid Assault Tactics provides some evidence of this. It's also featured in Paul Vunak's books and DVDs. JJL (talk) 04:08, 5 December 2007 (UTC)
-
- In its current form, it's an ad for Vunak's books and DVDs. (It's also written in second person, like any other advertisement.) --Orange Mike | Talk 04:36, 5 December 2007 (UTC)
- Note: As the spam links have been taken off I have removed the db-spam speedy deletion tag. Though now the article doesn't demonstrate notability and could be speedied as such. I recommend the initiating editor re-words and finds 3rd party links that can demonstrate notability otherwise I will suggest AFD. Khukri 08:44, 5 December 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Prod
I am going to contest the PROD. I understand the concerns. I do think it's notable though: implemented by U.S. Marshals Service (Central Div. of Calif.; [1]), taught to SEALS ([2] as PV-18; SEALs training covered and advertised in Black Belt magazine etc.; [3]), videos available ([4], [5]) and books ([6]; see reviews for discussion of R.A.T. in it), copious relevant ghits ([7]).
