Ragalna is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Catania in the Italian region Sicily, located about 150 km southeast of Palermo and about 20 km northwest of Catania. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,187 and an area of 39.2 km².[1]
Ragalna borders the following municipalities: Belpasso, Biancavilla, Paternò, Santa Maria di Licodia.
