If there is a source for the history of the lodge, the reasons for origination and the like that would be useful. As far as notability is concerned, it was the first of the historically robust research lodges, formed in part as a consequence of the flights of fancy related to origin theories of the craft. Of course that accuracy leads to what we have now, the producer of turgid biographies rather than interesting analysis of the development of speculative thinking in the operative framework.

The notability is perhaps debatable, remembering that the SRRS article was AFDd on that basis.

In the spirit of open-ness I'm a member of both QCCC and SRRS.

It is definitely notable in Masonic circles... whether that translates to WP:NOTE is another issue. I agree that it would be good to go into some of the history and the reasons for its founding etc. Blueboar 19:11, 27 April 2007 (UTC)
