Pyskowice [pɨskɔˈvit͡sɛ] (
listen) (German: Peiskretscham) is a town in southern Poland with 21,900 inhabitants (1995). Situated in the Silesian Voivodeship (since 1999), previously in Katowice Voivodeship (1975-1998).
