Put Up or Shut Up is the third release by Maryland pop punk band All Time Low, issued on July 25, 2006 via Hopeless Records. Scanning 3,416 units within its first week, album sales have crossed the 45,000 mark as of July 2007.[1][2]
The title of the EP comes from the song "Break Out! Break Out!".
After the release of their first and only song off the EP (Coffee Shop Soundtrack), the band then released an acoustic remix version of the song.
