Coffee Shop Soundtrack is the third single by Maryland pop punk band All Time Low. It is also the only single off their EP Put Up Or Shut Up and their first single released with Hopeless Records.
[edit] Music Video
The music video is a rather comical one, featuring the band playing in a toilet, and also in a steam room and rather annoying other people during it. It also features lead singer Alex Gaskarth mainly singing in a changing room and drummer Rian Dawson playing a pretend drum kit. The video also involves the band performing in a gymnastics competition.
[edit] Song Meaning
For more than a year the meaning of the song and the origination of the song title were unclear, but during an interview with Underground Rockstars, Alex reluctantly told that the song was based on an affair he had with a married women and that they regularly met in a coffee shop.[1]
