The Puerto Rico Soccer League or PRSL is a football association league in Puerto Rico. It is the first unified football league in the island, and has a total of 8 teams. football has been growing in popularity in recent years, and this is an attempt to further develop the game on the island.

The league was created on May 14, 2008, and will hold it's first tournament on 2008, starting on June 28 and ending in October, the league will play a total of 56 games. The league will develop a Second Division, which will feature 18 teams, and will start relegation and promotion for the 2011-12 season. The federation's president also said they will create a Third Division for amateurs and a Fourth Division for U-17 teams.

The League will start in 2009 with an "Apertura" and "Clausura" system like the one used in Argentina and Mexico. The Apertura will be played from September to December, while the Clausura from January to April.[1]

Many of the member clubs are affiliated to larger clubs in more established football leagues around the globe.

All the stadiums used in the league are primarily baseball stadiums, modified for football. There are long-term plans for construction of football specific stadiums.
