[edit] Massive deletion, mine

I came here to delete a piece of link spam (done); but discovered that the article was mostly an encomium of the city of Florence, which has its own (much better) article, (q.v.) So I deleted it all, leaving very little about the province, but I'm sure someone will fix it. The deleted material is of course recoverable from the history of this page, but I'm also parking it on the Talk page for Florence. Bill 14:56, 4 October 2005 (UTC)
