The Province of Vicenza (Provincia di Vicenza) is a province in the Veneto region of northern Italy. Its capital is the city of Vicenza.
The province has an area of 2,723 km², and a total population of 840,000 (2006). There are 121 communes (municipalities) in the province (source: Italian institute of statistics Istat, see this link). The province's president is Attilio Schneck (Casa delle libertà) since 2007 (before him there was Manuela Dal Lago, always for "Casa delle libertà").
Important towns in the province include Bassano del Grappa, Schio, Thiene, Marostica, Lonigo, Arzignano, Valdagno.
