This is the same image of this actor that appears on IMDB. I'm honestly not well versed in image copyright here, but it seems unlikely that the uploader owns the copyright for the image. This image is scanned from an original document in my collection to illustrate a series of flights of a Spirit of St. Louis replica aircraft in 1977 and carries no notice or claim of copyright. I have added a rationale to the image page. (Centpacrr (talk) 18:31, 13 May 2008 (UTC))
Uploader had uploaded a new version and tagged as pd-stamp, uploader has removed pui tag without closure of this entry. Although some of the image has been faded out it is still visible and clearly not just a postage stamp. Lack of copyright symbol does not assert it is in the public domain. The Flickr page for this image lists the copyright as "All rights reserved", in conflict with the GFDL license on the image page. The uploader, Blofeld of SPECTRE, indicates that he has submitted permissions through the OTRS system. The OTRS coordinated that I contacted seems to state that the submitted permissions just indicated "For use by Wikipedia", which has been prohibited by the Wikimedia Foundation. — LyrlTalk C 21:48, 13 May 2008 (UTC)
