[edit] Fareham/Portchester

Anyone care to explain what this means? Nuttah68 16:36, 6 July 2006 (UTC)

Usually in statistics terms this notation means they are being treated as one contiguous area. MRSC 15:19, 7 July 2006 (UTC)
That's what I thought. However, in this case Portchester is a ward of Fareham. Nuttah68 15:20, 7 July 2006 (UTC)
Possibly by Fareham it refers to the Fareham settlement rather than the larger Fareham (borough). MRSC 18:06, 9 July 2006 (UTC)
In which case, why not list them individually as has been done for Stubbington (part of Fareham) and Lee on Solent (part of Gosport)? Nuttah68 18:16, 9 July 2006 (UTC)
I concur! Mindman1 00:44, 25 July 2007 (UTC)
