- I'm not sure what the above question is supposed to definitely mean, or whether it is important anyway. If what is meant is do we know his ethnic background, we don't. Personally, if he himself came from Africa, for whatever reason, that is sufficient to have him regarded as African. John Carter 20:24, 17 April 2007 (UTC)
