When adding links to material on an external site, please ensure that the external site is not violating the creator's copyright. Linking to websites that display copyrighted works is acceptable as long as the website has licensed the work. Knowingly directing others to a site that violates copyright may be considered contributory infringement. This is particularly relevant when linking to sites such as YouTube, where due care should be taken to avoid linking to material that violates its creator's copyright. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

In particular it suggested you check that status of links you make from the YouTube subpage of your user space. Sfan00 IMG 13:43, 20 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Alkalimetry

Another editor has added the {{prod}} template to the article Alkalimetry, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the editor doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia or discuss the relevant issues at its talk page. If you remove the {{prod}} template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. [edit] Alfred Hippisley &? copyvio

Hi, I've just been looking at Alfred Hippisley & most of it is a direct copy & paste from Catalogue of the papers of Alfred E. Hippisley, 1842-1940. I'm not sure but it looks as if you uploaded this on 1 Aug 2007. I've asked for an admin to sort this out but it might be worth taking a look at Wikipedia:Copyrights.— Rod talk 14:59, 4 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] could you take a look at this ?
