This new graphic novel was published partially at the request of "College professors of English literature, high school teachers of same, have proposed it as a text in their courses."

I read Pibgorn. I like Pibgorn. I think Brooke McEldowney definitely meets the notability criteria. I'm not sure if this particular collection does, though. What's needed is at least two reliable sources- magazines, newspapers, or significant independent online sources- discussing this book.
