PhysOrg.com is a web-based news site specializing in the hard science subjects of Physics, Space and Earth Science, Electronics, Nanotechnology and Technology in general[1].
Its news feed is continually updated, and a voting system tracks the most popular stories. The site also has a forum for reader discussion[2].
It has been online since March 25, 2004.

Like many popular forums, the forum moderators do not monitor the scientific accuracy of poster's claims[3]. This has led to some discussions of topics generally considered to be pseudoscientific[4][5], such as AIDS denialism[6], Intelligent design[7], and others, including a long debate on the mathematical definition of 0.999...[8].
