Phulra and Nagar are two separate entities.

Nagar was a princely State in Gilgit-Baltistan, a vassal of Jammu and Kashmir. Nagar borders Hunza.

Phulra was more or less a jagir and it ceased to exist in 1947.

You are correct that Nagar and Phulra were separate states, but some sources describe Phulra as being called Nagar Phulra or Nagir Phulra. However given the context it will only confuse people, so I have changed it to just Phulra. As for the date of extinction, Phulra and Amb were merged in 1950 into the North-West Frontier Province. The reason for the dates being incorrect is that I was typing in the early hours of the morning so my head may not have been completely clear :P Green Giant 20:34, 6 February 2006 (UTC)
