The sentence "The railroad...arrived at this community first, making it the first..." is oddly worded. I don't know what it is trying to say. Phoenicia was the first community (in Ulster County? On the Ulster & Delaware? other?) to... n2xjk 22:42, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
