Phnum Srok (Khmer: ភ្នំស្រុក) is a district in the east of Banteay Meanchey Province, in north-western Cambodia.

Neighboring districts are (from the south clockwise) Preah Netr Preah, Svay Chek, Thma Puok of Banteay Meanchey Province, Banteay Ampil and Chong Kal of Oddar Meancheay Province, and Srei Snam and Kralanh of Siem Reap Province.

The Sreng River forms the district boundary towards Siem Reap Province.
