what is the phlebitis? Often painfil inflammation of the veins which maybe "varicose" veins what is the symptomps of phlebitis? pain, leg feels hard and/or warm over phlebitic spot yet cooler or cold elsewhere what is the etiology of phlebitis? What's etiology? what is the epydemiolgy of phlebitis? What's epydemiology? what is the terapy of phlebitis? Terapy? what is the treatment of phlebitis? usually anti-inflammatories either by mouth which may cause stomach upset, anal pessary (safer) but may cause some iritation (rare) or skin gels, usually IBUPROFEN though absorption rate is poor. Injection of some anti-inflammatories (bloody painful, as often, if susetible to one, will react against others. Brand name of other drugs: Voltarol
