Phil Abrams

Phil Abrams (born 28 December 1959 in Los Angeles, California) is an American television and film actor.

He has appeared in minor roles in many television series including, amongst others, My Name Is Earl, Gilmore Girls, Desperate Housewives, Two and a Half Men, Desperate Housewives, ER, Nip/Tuck, The O.C., Without a Trace, Friends, Dragnet, The X-Files, Girlfriends, The Practice, Birds of Prey, Medium, Monk, NYPD Blue, The Tracy Morgan Show, The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, Pepper Dennis, Boston Legal, Side Order of Life, Help Me Help You and The Bill Engvall Show.

He has also had minor roles in the films Nancy Drew, Murder 101 and The Island.
