[edit] Bradman and other things

Firstly, I hope you don't mind me adding a message underneath your note above.

  • On Bradman; thanks for picking up my error with the paper.[1] I will have to check my source when I get home as I find it strange that I would read it with the meaning swapped 180 degrees. Either I have poor comprehension or the source was poorly written.
  • On Trott; I have been meaning to thank you for the modern-day photo of Trott's house. What a great idea! Thanks again for the copy-editing on the Trott article as well. The article is much improved. I am not sure if your message above means you have finished with that article as well but I would love to hear of any other ideas you have for improvements to it
  • On Trumble; you may have noticed it is now listed as a Featured Article. Thanks for your support at FAC, thanks for your advice during the composition of the article and many thanks for the images that you found for it.

Thanks for the ongoing work on Harry. I love the section headings such as "A national institution" and the expoansion of the section on Albert. I have added Whitington to the references section here. Trott is coming together nicely. Just a thought and I don't know how it could be included without verging into OR but it is interesting that the omission of Albert Trott from the 1896 tour followed criticism earlier about George Giffen's inclusion of his brother Walter in the 1894 tour. This may a tricky one but I am looking for a photo of Brian Booth as part of the Oz Captain project. There may be (just) a pre-1955 image that may be suitable for use in the infobox. As for editing conflicts, I think simply having a chat and Q&A session if you don't understand another editor's rationale for changing something, or disagree with something.
