To answer the question you posted in January, if you compare the Royal Navy table with the USN table, you'll see that the grades are designated differently. The RN has an OF(D), then OF-1 and so forth, whereas the USN chart starts at O-1.    ¥    Jacky Tar  17:37, 19 March 2008 (UTC)
