Peter Baynham didn't write for On The Hour with Lee and Herring, he wrote for The Day Today, effectively replacing Lee and Herring. I can't be bothered to mess about with the article sentence so that it makes sense, so I reckon someone else should do it.

Right, no one else did it so I just changed 'did' to 'didn't.' Seems fine now.
