Perry Warren Tuttle (born August 2, 1959 in Lexington, North Carolina) is a former professional American football wide receiver for the Buffalo Bills, the Atlanta Falcons, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the NFL. He later played six seasons in the CFL for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. He played college football at Clemson University.
