Pennsylvania Route 150 is a 39 mile long highway in Central Pennsylvania. Its northern terminus is U.S. Route 220 in Avis, Pennsylvania near Interstate 80; its southern terminus is in Dale Summit, Pennsylvania near State College, Pennsylvania, at the location of the Nittany Mall.

The major use of this route is to carry traffic from future Interstate 99 southbound vehicles enroute to Pennsylvania State University at State College via Pennsylvania Route 26.

The names of this road include Benner Pike, Main Street, Willowbank Street, Water Street, Bald Eagle Valley Road, High Street, Bellefonte Avenue, Church Street, and Woodward Avenue.

The route is also concurrent with Pennsylvania Route 144 between Bellefonte, Pennsylvania and Milesburg, Pennsylvania.

The route was signed in 1928 and in 1930, the route was paved from Hublersburg, Pennsylvania to Howard, Pennsylvania.
