Pedro Reinhard

J. Pedro Reinhard has been a director of The Coca-Cola Company since 2003. Mr. Reinhard was executive vice president and chief financial officer of The Dow Chemical Company, a company engaged in the manufacture and sale of chemicals, plastic materials, agricultural and other specialized products and services -- a position he held from 1995 - 2005. He is a director of The Dow Chemical Company, Dow Corning Corporation, Royal Bank of Canada and Sigma-Aldrich Corporation.
