Thanks a million for rv vandalism in this article!Notjim 09:22, 28 Apr 2005 (UTC)
- I'll just pile on here, thanks for reverting the vandalism to my user* page :D Plus, hello fellow Austin-ite! —bbatsell ¿? 06:32, 31 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Jake Weary
Sorry about that. I must've reverted the bot accidentally. cheers22:45, 11 January 2007 (UTC) Parthi talk/contribs 22:45, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Re. Tracy, California
Hey, good work digging vandalism even deeper than I did. :-) I've semi-protected this one, let the kids calm down. Cheers,--Húsönd 04:22, 17 January 2007 (UTC)
- By the way, I noticed that you seem to enjoy helping with countervandalism. Please consider warning the vandals with the test templates right after reverting their edits. A sequence of warnings is essential for vandals to be blocked if they persist. Thanks and keep up the good work.--Húsönd 04:31, 17 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Freeport
Two tag-team vandals, the anon and Prince Clifford, so you need to revert past both. Fan-1967 16:55, 19 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Tools
Do you want me to give you some tools to help you in your vandal fighting? It seems as if you are doing it the old way. Answer on my talk page. Have a nice week and god bless. --James, La gloria è a dio 23:20, 20 January 2007 (UTC)
- I have a Mac also. Is the tool that is not working right WikiGuard? I am having problems also so I go to the IRC channel #vandalism-en-wp. It is a great tool you may want to check out. I also use a revert button (its on my monobook) and something that brings me to the users user page. Take a look at this. These things make reverting vandalism much faster. --James, La gloria è a dio 23:30, 20 January 2007 (UTC)
- Thats what I thought. I think you will like the tools I gave you. Have a nice week and god bless. --James, La gloria è a dio 23:33, 20 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Thanks!
Thank you for reverting vandalism to my userpage. :-) Best regards, Húsönd 04:32, 7 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Userbox rectification-thanks!
Hi there Paxsimius,
Thank you for providing a fix to my user page about buddhism-I would not refer to it as vandalism-it was helpful thanks!
and thank you too Codegrinder!

[edit] Coptic Orthodox Church
Hi, "largest Christian church" is a good replacement. Thanks for the help :) --Lanternix 10:55, 5 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Redirects
Just a quick note, you may want to take a read of this. I am not saying you have gone against that, I am just reccomending you keep it in mind. Thanks. J Milburn 21:27, 5 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Coptic
Hello Paxsimius and thank you for helping with the page Coptic. I understand the reasoning behind your last edit. However, please note that with the exceptin of Greek, which lists the alphabet at the beginning, the rest of the pages you mentioned have patterns that do not apply to Coptic:
- Ge'ez has only two associated pages, the language and the alphabet.
- Demotic Greek is something totally different from the script used to write the Egyptian language.
- The page Latin (disambiguation) does not list the alphabet on top.
- The page Gothic lists the alphabet as the last link associated with the Germanic tribe.
Thus, I believe that putting the Coptic alphabet towards the beginning of the page Coptic will only confuse people. Again Coptic may only refer to either the language or the people. So I think we should leave it as such and give people other links as extras. Thanks. --Lanternix 18:21, 25 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Asalamualikum
thanks for those corrections. i have checked them, there was little problem in the last portion of legacy, i have corrected it. thanks once again. Mohammad Adil 19:50, 25 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Coptic alphabet
I already explained my reason for not having Coptic alphabet on top and I stick to it until you can convince me otherwise. I don't believe I need to explain myself twice. Thank you. --Lanternix 23:01, 11 August 2007 (UTC)
- If you agree then the solution is to fix the other pages, not to make an inaccurate change on Coptic. I'm not trying to pick a fight either, and I'm sorry if I sound hostile. I certainly don't mean it. Thanks. --Lanternix 00:04, 12 August 2007 (UTC)
- I reluctantly agree with your offered compromise, because although I find it misleading, I still see your point and consider somewhat a valid one. Let's change it as you suggested for now and see what other people think. Thank you. --Lanternix 13:39, 12 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Gurbaksh Chahal
Hi Paxsimius. I had drawn the same conclusion - but no, I don't have any tools to show it. If things got bad (edit warring etc.) we could probably use checkuser, but I don't think they'd do it for this. May be worth posting to WP:COIN if our stepping in doesn't work out. -- SiobhanHansa 18:14, 28 September 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Thanks!
For fixing that disambiguation for Austin to direct it to Austin, Texas (regarding the list of extreme weather events edit you recently made). I had no idea there was a disambiguation so I am completely grateful that you were totally on the ball there. Thank you! 69.152.136.151 20:26, 28 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] KXAN
It's because KXAN remains the only station in Austin to have an on-air talent that has been charged with DWI. It's a deadly serious story that KXAN has refused to cover. KXAN seems to think that if they do something wrong no one should report it. Since Ms. Valles does not have a wiki page, this is the next best option. It is sourced as well. Thanks. Oddibe 13:56, 30 November 2007 (UTC)
Hi, I've responded to your question on my talk page. Chaz Beckett 13:53, 1 December 2007 (UTC)
[edit] KXAN yet again
How does it violate it?
Neutral point of view (NPOV)? Yes Verifiability? Yes No original research? Yes
I'm putting the Michelle Valles DWI edit back. I'm also not convinced you aren't a KXAN employee or relative. No one else has tried to censor it. Oddibe 19:38, 3 December 2007 (UTC)

Why am I now getting threats over this? Are you behind any of this hatred? I guess Ms. Valles' fans are pretty devoted (not to mention insane!) Oddibe 21:11, 3 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] OrgSync
Hi, Paxsimius. I was wondering how I might be able to increase the notability of the OrgSync page to an acceptable standard. Thanks... --Techpeace (talk) 23:56, 19 December 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Re:Kaleb Nation
Article deleted again. For future reference, you may use WP:CSD#G4, though this speedy criterion may not always apply, as the newly-created page's content could have been improved/expanded to be much longer than the deleted version (this, only an admin may check) or the subject had become more notable since the original AfD closure. As for this case, it does apply. Thanks for the notification. :) Take care, --PeaceNT (talk) 14:36, 3 March 2008 (UTC)
