Paulo César Motta (born 29 March 1982) is a Guatemalan football goalkeeper who plays for local club CSD Municipal in the Guatemala's top division. He is also a member of the Guatemalan national team. He represented club CSD Municipal in the tournament of Copa Interclubes UNCAF 2006
