Paulo Henrique Dias da Cruz or simply Paulinho Dias (born May 13, 1988 in Belo Horizonte), is a Brazilian defensive midfielder. He currently plays for Democrata-GV, on loan from Cruzeiro.

Made professional debut for Cruzeiro against Fluminense in an away 2-2 draw in the Campeonato Brasileiro on May 12, 2007. [2]
