Maicosuel Reginaldo de Matos or simply Maicosuel (born June 16, 1986 in Cosmópolis), is a Brazilian attacking midfielder. He currently plays for Cruzeiro.
Flamengo and Cruzeiro together acquired 50% of the rights to the player (25% each) from Paraná, costing them US$ 650,000. He will for Cruzeiro in 2007 and for Flamengo in 2008.
His name represents an unusual phonetic spelling of "Maxwell".
