Paul Morton (May 22, 1857February 19, 1911) was a U.S. businessman. He served as the Secretary of Navy between 1904 and 1905.

Born in Detroit, Michigan, he was the son of Julius Sterling Morton, who had served as Secretary of Agriculture under President Grover Cleveland.
