[edit] Proposed merge of provincial and federal riding pages?
- Don't Merge - federal riding information constitutes a reasonably large page; the provincial riding page will grow over time. Apart from the very recent harmonisation of Ontario provincial and federal riding boundaries, there is no connection between the different political processes that the article should be consolidated. - I Agree. Federally all of PSM is considered in the NORTH and can receive northern benefits such as FedNor funding, while Provincially, Muskoka receives no northern benefits and is considered to be part of Southern Ontario Laurfoun 13:42, 6 April 2007 (UTC)
- Do not merge' -- PSM and other northern ridings no longer have the same boundaries for federal and provincial purposes. only southern ridings do. Ground Zero | t 11:24, 3 May 2007 (UTC)
