Much of the original text of this article was lifted from a 2004 inspection report that can be found here. I removed the Strengths and Weaknesses section that had been in the Wikipedia article as it was very subjective, although the statements it contained were from the report. I don't see it as "The" Parliament Hill School but "Parliament Hill School" I think it is generally used in this way without the definite article.
