Does this area refer to the former Plattsburgh Air Force Base? That appears to be the location of the coordinates. Perhaps it refers to the area in zip code 12903 in the areas where they have remodeled former base housing for private housing.

  • A agree that this location is poorly described. Is Parc and acronym for something? It does not appear on the maps I have seen. Stepp-Wulf 02:16, 18 December 2006 (UTC).
If somebody can prove that it's now considered a CDP fine but otherwise PARC is the name of a large industrial site and not its own "town". Parc isn't a word, it is an acronym. PARC stands for Plattsburgh Airbase Redevelopment Corporation. It isn't in the city of Plattsburgh but it is still located within the town of Plattsburgh.
