Panazol (Occitan: Panasòu) is a town and commune in the Haute-Vienne département of central-western France.

At the 1999 census, the population was 9,731. On 1 January 2007, the estimate was 10,076. Panazol is the third largest town of the department (by population), after Limoges and Saint-Junien.
Inhabitants are known as Panazolais.
