The photo itself originally appeared in Vibe Magazine for the "Live from Death Row" article. However other publications and media outlets have used these photos. UDStyle Stranded On Death Row 01:30, 1 February 2007 (UTC)

Wait... this image appeared inside a magazine? If so, we must delete it immediately! We are not permitted to use this image except in exceptional circumstances to provide critical commentary on the article itself. We certainly cannot use this image to depict the people illustrated. --Yamla 21:38, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
I'm not totally sure how wikipedia would define critical commentary but in terms of Snoop Suge, and Death Row it puts into perspective the impression of the time which is documented in each article pertaining to each individual at the time. It does more then just depict the individuals in the picture but compliments the article in relation the unity and lack thereof at Death Row Records and gives off a vivid feeling of the times. Furthermore it seems the photo and others from the photoshoot were released for public use on various publications and on such fan sites as hitemup.com, tupac-online.com and the new defunct thugmansion.net. From what I understand Vibe holds no copyrights to the picture, and of course, Tupac is dead. I feel it's a crucial picture to put the times and the relations between the individuals into perspective for the reader, but if it must be deleted because it would be seen as a direct threat to wikipedia I have no objection.UDStyle 01:33, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
I have located information for the copyright. It is owned by Death Row Records, Inc. by way of Suge Knight and was released to numerous media outlets as promotional material for Death Row and the individuals depicted. It was intended for widespread promotion, and qualifies for a promotional copyright tag. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Udstyle (talkcontribs) 21:02, 13 February 2007 (UTC).
