• The image above, as well as others from the specific photoshoot, is owned by Suge Knight, CEO of Death Row Records, and was released circa 1996 to numerous publications (including Vibe, New York Times, and The New Yorker), websites, and media outlets as a promotional press kit intended for widespread showcase of Suge Knight, Tupac Shakur, And Snoop Doggy Dogg, and as a representation of Death Row Records artists and celebrity personalities. As such it qualifies as a promotional copyright.
