Otis Grigsby (born November 19, 1980 in San Antonio, Texas) is an American football defensive end for the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League. He was originally signed by the Miami Dolphins as an undrafted free agent in 2003. He played college football at Kentucky.

Grigsby attended Judson Learning Academy in Converse, Texas and was a student and a letterman in football and basketball. In football, as a senior, he started as a linebacker and was a first team All-State selection. In basketball, he was an All-District Honorable Mention selection and an All-City selection. Otis Grigsby graduated from Judson Learning Academy in the top ten percent of his class.

Otis released a video on YouTube describing misuse of force by Illinois State Police officers which led to the death of his uncle.
