Orlando Brown (born December 4, 1987) is an American actor known for his work on various television series in the 1990s and 2000s.

Since age seven Orlando has been acting. He has had various roles in movies, television shows, and commercials. His first role was in the 1995 movie Major Payne as Cadet Kevin 'Tiger' Dunn. He followed this with long stints on shows Waynehead as Damey 'Waynehead' Wayne; Safe Harbor as Chris; The Jamie Foxx Show as Nelson (1997-2000), and Family Matters as 3J.

In 2000, Brown caught Disney's eye and became a part of Disney for the next seven years.

Today, Brown is most known for his portrayal of Eddie Thomas, the best friend of a future-seeing teenager Raven Baxter (Raven-Symone) and Chelsea Daniels (Anneliese van der Pol) on That's So Raven.

Brown appeared in The Proud Family, in which he portrays a kid named Sticky Webb. Orlando portrayed the main character Cornelius Fillmore, in Fillmore!. Brown also sang and appeared in the Disney Channel Circle of Stars singing Elton John's "Circle of Life" and "A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes" songs and music videos.

Brown had a co-starring role in the Disney Channel Original Movie Eddie's Million Dollar Cook-Off where he played Frankie, a friend of the main character. Brown had a guest role on the Disney Channel Original Series Phil of the Future as Andy Baxley, a trouble making time traveler whom Phil despised.

Another Disney movie he appeared in was Max Keeble's Big Move where he played Dobbs. Another Disney show that Orlando had a minor role in Lizzie McGuire.

Brown is working on his new rap single for his debut album. He briefly appears in southern rapper Trae's music video "No Help" at the 16 second time mark.[1]

When Brown was reported missing (because of his marijuana possession), rumors spread that it was because Brown was working on a Thats So Raven spin-off tentatively titled The Orlando Brown Show.[citation needed]

Orlando was arrested on April 10, 2007 by police in the Houston area for driving with his lights off. After further investigation, the officer reportedly found nine grams of marijuana in his vehicle. Orlando was charged with possession of marijuana.[2]

Orlando later spoke with ABC 13 and claimed that he was in his friend's vehicle, and did not realize what was inside. "You can't take that from me, what I've built," said Brown. "Because I have some friends I hang around and I chose to overlook the things that they do because I have a heart, and I apologize sincerely to my fans, but this time the company that I kept got me."[3]
