Organize İşler (Organized Jobs) is a Turkish satirical black comedy movie, written, and directed by Yılmaz Erdoğan. He is also acting as the main character in the movie: Asım Noyan.

The movie is about the increasing organized crimes in Istanbul and how a gipsy gang is handling this issue. Movie starts with "Supermen"(Tolga Çevik) saving Asım, scene. Supermen is a stand-up comic who were attempting suicide just before Asım knocks his door.
