I don't understand how this article could violate NPOV. Could someone please clarify?

[edit] Clean up need

This article requires a lot of work. After reading it, I still don't understand what OPMS really is, and the style of writing and syntax leads me to believe that the whole section was copied out of a book. I agree with the above comment also, parts of the article seem to be advertising the topic, so I hope we can get an expert on this article quickly in order to improve it.--67.184.163.248 23:19, 20 September 2005 (UTC)Ikiroid

OPMS is the pioneering work-in-progress of GS Chandy. Sections may have been copied and pasted from the many articles and correspondences by GS Chandy.

Unfortunately I am not the expert referred to above, but I see this communication and action enabling tool as having great promise.
