[edit] TBExpressway and Harbour

With the exception of the divided portion of TBExpressway between Balsam and Hodder, and the right hand turn off-ramps, both are arterial roads. With the exception of Central Avenue, both of them intersect every road that approaches them. vıdıoman 17:21, 5 April 2008 (UTC)

See [1]: "full access control and at-grade intersections provided at appropriately spaced intervals"; "re-alignment Highway 11/17 controlled access highway". Controlled access refers to the prohibition of access from adjacent properties; the only access is at intersections. --NE2 20:10, 6 April 2008 (UTC)
