Once Again is the second studio album by R&B/soul singer John Legend, issued by GOOD Music and Columbia Records on October 24, 2006. Singles from the LP have included "Save Room" (which samples Classics IV's 1968 hit "Stormy"), "Heaven", "P.D.A. (We Just Don't Care)", "Stereo", "Another Again", and "Show Me. Once Again has been certified platinum by the RIAA, after shipping over one million copies.
John Legend co-wrote and co-produced the bulk of the album, working with collaborators such as Kanye West, will.i.am, Raphael Saadiq, Craig Street, Sa-Ra, Eric Hudson, Devo Springsteen, Dave Tozer and Avenue.
The album has a range of influences, from soul to hip-hop to classic pop to alternative. "It's not dramatically different," says John Legend, "but I think people will see it as a growth and an extension for me. It's a richer sound. The production is more developed. I just tried to do it with the highest standards of quality."
